Tim moved to civil practice, working for the respected firm of Wildman, Harold, Allen, and Dixon, but realized he preferred to fight for the individual. As such, Tim transitioned into plaintiff’s personal injury trial work specializing in catastrophic injury cases.

Tim brought to the firm a level of success it had never previously experienced. In 2009, Tim founded Timothy Heath and Associates, P.C., and continued his successes through trials, settlements, mediations, and arbitrations. Through the course of his career, Tim has been responsible for recovering over 100 million dollars for his clients. His appellate work includes 28 published opinions, including 8 in the Illinois Supreme Court. One of his cases went up to the United States Supreme Court, incorporating Tim’s arguments in the successful brief. In 2016, Tim’s wife, Sharon Heath, joined him in his firm, at which time it became Heath & Heath, P.C.

Together they continue to fight for every client and have achieved repeated successes through trials, mediations, arbitrations, and settlements.
